MENS WORLD voucher is not applicable for the Cash on Delivery Method. It is up for purchase through pre-payment only (Mobile Banking or Debit/Credit Card).

<li>Return policy not applicable for this item.</li>
<li>Customers will be allowed to buy all Regular/MRP/discounted price products by using this voucher.</li>
<li>The voucher code will be activated against the customer's phone number shared by the customer during order placement.</li>
<li>During redemption the customer will receive an OTP/Text to the customer&rsquo;s Monarch mart account phone number.</li>
<li>The vouchers can be redeemed in selected stores.</li>
<li>The gift card will be activated for shopping within 3-5 working days after payment.</li>
<li>Regular holidays and Govt. holidays will be excluded from the given activation timeline.</li>
<li>&nbsp;The Customer has to buy a product equal to or more than the value of his voucher.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Customers can buy any number of products in one invoice.</li>
<li>&nbsp;A consumer can redeem a maximum of 3 vouchers daily.</li>
<li>Voucher Validity: 30 days from activation Date</li>
<li>Vat/Tax amount is included in the gift card amount, Example : if the products cost 2800 taka and vat is 200 taka , the whole 3000 taka voucher amount will be redeemed.</li>
<li>The Gift Code has to be used fully in a single transaction. One can purchase multiple items using one Gift Voucher. If the total payable value exceeds the Gift Voucher value, an extra amount can be paid in cash or digital payment. But if there's any remaining that can't be claimed as Cash.</li>
