<h6><b>Process:</b></h6><h6><b><br></b></h6><p>
</p><ul><li>Customers will buy gift cards from the Monarch Mart website.
</li><li>If a customer buys 3 cards, for example, Tk. 3,000, Tk. 5,000, Tk 7,500, Tk. 10,000 then Shwapno will share the 3 cards' amount separately with the customer’s Monarch Mart account number.
</li><li>Customer will receive a message from shwapno when the card is activated. Customers will receive separate messages for each card purchased.
</li><li>Customers will visit Shwapno stores; inform the manager of Monarch mart cards and buy required products.
</li><li>Once a customer comes to checkout, the customer needs to share the card number that he/she wants to redeem.
</li><li>Customer will then receive a 4 digit pin in the registered mobile number (mobile number used during purchase of card through Monarch Mart platform).
</li><li>Cashier will input the card number and PIN in Shwapno software.
</li><li>If the product price is more than the card value then the customers will pay the extra amount through cash.</li></ul><div><br></div><h6><b>Terms &amp; Conditions:</b></h6><div><br></div><div>
</div><ul><li>Customers cannot buy any promotional products with gift cards.
</li><li>Customers cannot buy baby food items with gift cards.
</li><li>Customers will not be allowed to buy any item in bulk quantities with gift cards.
</li><li>The card code will be activated against the customer's phone number shared by the customer during order placement.
</li><li>During redemption, the customer will receive an OTP to the customer’s Monarch mart account phone number.
</li><li>The card can be redeemed in all Shwapno outlets.
</li><li>The gift card will be activated for shopping within 72 working hours after payment.</li><li>Regular holidays and Govt. holidays will be excluded from the given activation hours timeline.</li><li>The validity of the Signature Card will be for 02 (two) months from the date of activation. validity will not be extended for further periods. The amount/value &amp; such cards will be forfeited.&nbsp;
</li><li>The customer has to buy a product equal to or more than the value of his card.
</li><li>The Gift Code has to be used fully in a single transaction. One can purchase multiple items using one Gift Card. If the total payable value exceeds the Gift Card value, an extra amount can be paid in cash or bKash. But if there's any remaining that can't be claimed as Cash.
</li><li>Return policy is not applicable for this item.
</li><li>Shwapno &amp; Monarch Mart reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
</li><li>In case network/server connectivity is down, customers will be requested to be served at a later time.</li><li>Note: 1 Bottle Oil allowed for single order.</li></ul><p></p>
